How many cups of tea can I make?

- Each 2 oz bag makes about 20 cups if you are using one teaspoon per cup which is suggested. 

Do any of your teas have added sugar?

- No, all of our teas are sweetened by the natural flavors of the fruit or herbs.

Does the tea expire?

- Yes, all teas contain an expiration date on the bottom of the pouch. 

How should I store my tea?

- All teas are packaged in a resealable pouch for optimum freshness. Please store tea in a cool dry cabinet away from the sun and heat-producing appliances.

What does natural flavor mean?

- The most common method of flavoring tea is through natural flavoring. Natural flavoring occurs when the actual raw spice, herb, berry, fruit, flower petal, or blossom is used. Natural flavoring is accomplished through squeezing, distilling, warming, filtering, grinding, blending, or crushing of this raw, natural ingredient. 

How long do the tealight and jar candles burn?

- Each tealight can burn up to 6 hours.
- Jar candle can burn up to 40 hrs with proper which trimming.

How often should I trim the candle wick?

- Before each use trim your candle wick to 1/4". On the bottom of each candle, there is a warning label with a reminder.

Do your candles contain carcinogens and other harmful chemicals?

- No, our candles are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in other scented candles.

Does the whipped body butter contain any additives, preservatives, or synthetic ingredients?

- We understand sensitive skin is very common so we consciously choose all-natural ingredients and do not include any additives or preservatives. Glowing healthy skin is the goal, right?

Is the Shower Mist only for showers?

- You can spray your Shower Mist wherever. It's great as a room spray or energy cleanser.

What is your return policy?

 - Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to replace the item or offer store credit. The item must be returned before a store credit or replacement is issued.
